These beautiful fire pits / pizza ovens were hand made by Firepits UK. They are simple to use and quick to heat up. Simply light a fire in the upper pit section and once established the oven thermometer will quickly read 200oC.
To make the Pizza dough you will need;

Then add the water/yeast and combine.
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and kneed for 10-15 minutes.
Then set aside for at least 20 minutes to prove
Roll out the dough to fit the floured pizza stone, trim the edges and set aside for 10 minutes to rest.
Bake the pizza dough without toppings for about 6 minutes until crisp.
Then remove, spread with tomato puree and herbs, add the sliced pepper and Peppadew chillies and pepperoni or Chirizo and return to the oven for about 8 minutes.
The Pizza is now cooked. Add the rocket and hand torn mozzarella, cover with parmesan and capers and enjoy.
