Beautiful location! So peaceful & relaxing, you have thought of every small detail. What you offer is amazing! There is only one small suggestion which as a saucepan suitable to use on the firepit griddle and a metal spatula to flip eggs on the griddle, however we loved our stay with you and we will definitely be back !!

It is the cutest, cosy and well made Shepherd hut I have ever seen, Definite Glamping! Loved making our own pizzas and cooking them outside in the pizza oven under the open fire! Plus we absolutely loved the wood fired hot tub and looked up at the stars at night, we even saw a shooting star! There was everything you could possibly need. We absolutely loved our stay.

The hut was Tardis like and I would go so far as to say spacious. Hot tub in gale-force wind and rain was brilliant. Little touches around the hut made it so special though proximity to the road was unexpected. Somerset has so much to offer and we could have spent much longer here. Everything was amazing, loved waking up to the sound of birds in the morning and the sunlight through the decorative 'tree' window. The bed was super comfy and we loved the duvet pattern (Pheasants).

We enjoyed a 2 night stay in the Livingstone hut over the weekend
This was mine and my husbands first glamping experience and we both really enjoy it .
We literally cannot find a thing to fault about this holiday.  The hut was so well equipped and the peaceful countryside surroundings were just what we needed to unwind .

We will definitely be returning and would recommend this to anybody
We ate out at ‘The Barrington Boar’ pub which we would highly recommend also and we visited Lyme Regis which was around 50 mins away from the sight but is well worth a visit
We really didn’t want to come home

We have just returned from the most wonderful weekend in the Stanley Shepherd Hut. The hut itself is beautifully made and you are provided with all the amenities you could need, and it was super clean. The hosts are friendly and provided very clear instructions in advance of our stay. We loved making use of the pizza oven and hot tub, and the view as you step out first thing in the morning is beautiful. It was the perfect countryside escape in a great location to explore Somerset and Devon. We will definitely be booking to stay again!

We spent 2 nights in Stanley during Aug 21. The hut is beautiful, fantastic quality, and has everything you need …. Plus more!
Spotlessly clean, and in a pretty setting.
We used all facilities on offer, hot tub, fire pit and pizza oven, all very successful!
The only slight negative was the traffic noise, particularly early on Monday morning , you are close to a busy road. We are from a very quiet village so we noticed it, others may not. It didn’t spoil our visit at all, there’s not much you can do about traffic, but maybe ear plugs if you want a lie in. Apart from that we slept well, it’s cosy and warm.
We would highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay. Lovely hut with great facilities. High quality fixtures. Top tip....Read the email instructions carefully to get the most out of your hot tub and pizza oven. Owner lovely and helpful....we got locked in our lodge thanks to a stiff lock and he was very helpful and sorted straight away. Obviously being a site close to a busy road, you expect to get road noise but we really enjoyed evenings in the hot tub gazing at the stars from the hot tub.

We wish we had had the time for a walking tour of the country estate as the history and ancestry is interesting and intriguing. All in all we would highly recommend a stay with Jordans Estates Glamping and they are are ideally situated for journeys nearby or for travelling further afield exploring the West Country. Many many thanks to our hosts who had thought of everything!

Had the most relaxing stay in the Livingstone hut! The place was spotless and had the nicest little touches including the local Tea/coffee! The hot tub felt really private and was easy to use as we had been sent detailed instructions prior to our stay!

It’s also worth checking out their website for the “things to do” section as we ordered pastry from a local patisserie which was amazing!

I couldn’t recommend them enough for a relaxing stay! We will definitely be back soon!

Absolutely fabulous!!
It was our 2nd visit to Jordans and again didn't disappointed. All the facilities are still tip top, couldn't want more. Owners couldn't do more for us - helped make a special surprise birthday weekend even better, Rich really went above and beyond!! Will definitely be back!!

Rich met us & showed us around. Loved the wood fire hot tub. Worth the 2 hour wait to warm up! Take your flip flops & dressing gowns for outside. Gorgeous sat in tub looking up at the stars! Toasted marshmallows, cooked pizza in the outside oven. The sun came out perfect weekend break!
